Initial Training Included:
Certified Pool Operator Course – The fundamentals of pool training that is needed to run a pool business which goes over regulations and baseline operations of all pools.
Sales and Marketing: Dealerships will be taught how to stand out in your territory and gain sales leads. Also, you will be taught how to bid and overcome objections.
Installation: How to set elevation, excavation, lifting pool shells, setting and leveling the pool, plumbing, and setting up pool equipment.
Cleaning: How to properly clean and balance water chemistry.
- Training will be conducted in both online (Zoom) and in person.
- Quarterly Training and Safety Meetings will be conducted.
Training opportunities will be provided by Epic Pools when available and will always be FREE
